If your Catsights touch display stops responding to touch, work through these steps before contacting support.
1. Check the connection
Unplug and reconnect the USB-C cable. Touch data travels over the same cable as video. A loose connection can disrupt touch while video still works.
2. Restart your computer
A full restart clears touch driver states that can get stuck, especially on macOS after system updates.
3. Reinstall the Catsights app (Mac)
Download the latest version from our support page. Uninstall the old version first, then install the new one.
4. Check display OSD settings
On the GZ156, use the OSD buttons on the right side of the display. Navigate to Settings and verify Touch is enabled.
5. Test on a different device
Connect the display to another computer. If touch works there, the issue is with your original device, not the display.
